Technical Solution & Engineering Execution
Our commercial roofing team recommended an engineered elastomeric roof restoration. We power-washed the substrate, treated rusted fastener heads with rust-inhibitive primer, and detailed every curb, pipe penetration, and seam with polyester reinforcement fabric. We then spray-applied two coats of 100% high-solids silicone coating, creating a seamless, monolithic waterproof barrier that permanently resists ponding water. The high solar reflectance significantly lowered indoor warehouse temperatures while saving the client over 50% compared to a reroof.
